Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Terspective LLC ("Licensor"), the owner of SupaWrapper React Native Kit ("Product"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant

Terspective LLC grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the Product. The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use the Product under the following licenses:

Hobby and Professional License

• You may use the Product to create unlimited End Products.
• You may use the Product to create unlimited End Products for unlimited clients.

Permissible Actions

• Use the Product to create End Products.
• Sell the End Products. The License will survive the sale of the End Product.

Prohibited Actions

• Use the Product to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using the Product or derivatives of the Product.
• Redistribute the Product or derivatives of the Product separately from an End Product, either in code or as design assets.
• Share your access to the Product with any other individuals.
• Sell the Product as it is. It can only be sold as an End Product.

Definitions

• End Product: A mobile app created with the boilerplate.
• End User: A user of the End Product.
• Client: The individual or entity purchasing SupaWrapper React Native Kit.
